Each building site will need utilities. This includes sewer, water, electric and gas. If you're in a development, these items will be available at your lot line and will be stubbed into the home and connected by various contractors.
If none are available, we need to have them constructed on site or in the case of electricity, bring it in from the nearest point. To construct a sewer system, we must do a perc test and design a system for the size of your home. Water is usually supplied by a well and the gas can be brought in as propane in a tank. Check with you construction consultant for cost and feasibility.
