"... I never thought that making 'dreams come true' was so easy. I ordered my new home from Woodlund in February and here it is Halloween and I'm all settled in and ready for winter.
My salesman Jim Phalen was helpful and always willing to answer questions, but never 'pushy'. The crew that came to set the house on the foundation was very efficient and had many helpful tips about the finishing of my basement, which is partially wood, and mostly above grade.
The house is so well insulated that I have not had to use the furnace at all. On a few cool nights I just lit a fire in the fireplace and was very 'toasty'.
I'm thoroughly delighted with my home and have recommended Woodlund Homes to several friends wanting new homes."
